Product Description

Bag-type medium-efficiency filters are widely used in central air conditioning ventilation systems, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, electronics, food and other industrial purification. They can also be used as the front-end filter for high-efficiency air filters to reduce the load on high-efficiency air filters and extend their service life. Due to the large windward surface of the bag filter, it has a large dust holding capacity and low air velocity, and is regarded as the best medium-efficiency filter structure at present.

1)Function: Capture dust particles ranging from 1 to 5 microns

2) Type: Frameless type and framed bag type

3) Filter material: Special non-woven fabric or glass fiber

4) Efficiency :60% - 95%@1-5 μ m

The bag-type medium-efficiency filter, with its unique bag-type structure, ensures that the airflow evenly fills the entire bag. The unique hot-melt technology can prevent the bags from being overly squeezed or leaking, thus reducing resistance and maximizing the dust holding capacity. The "bag support grille" that serves a reinforcing function can prevent the filter from shrinking or bending and deforming under extremely harsh working conditions.
