Premium Hygienic Cleanroom Stainless Steel Hand Wash Sink
Hospital hand-washing sinks are mainly used in areas where medical staff and patients prepare, as well as in other workshops, clean rooms and all other application areas with the highest hygiene requirements.
According to the installation method, there are two types available for selection: suspended type and independent type. It can be divided into single-person and double-person ones according to the size.
We can provide hand-washing sinks made of 304SS/316SS stainless steel with brushed treatment.
Our design focuses on meeting hygiene requirements and integrating aesthetically into the system. A sink with a depth of more than 400mm is used to prevent water from splashing out. The pore-free and smooth surface finish allows for quick and simple cleaning.
Material:
1.Made of 304 or 316 medical-grade stainless steel (316 has stronger corrosion resistance and is suitable for highly corrosive environments), the surface is treated with wire drawing or polishing, which is rust-proof, acid and alkali resistant, and easy to clean.
2.Some high-end models are added with antibacterial coatings to further inhibit bacterial growth.
Structural design:
1.One-piece molding: No welding gaps, avoiding dirt accumulation.
2.Splash-proof baffle: Prevents water splashing out and keeps the environment dry.
3.Inclined drainage outlet: Quick drainage to reduce water accumulation and bacterial growth.
