Product Description

Air shower room is a dust purification equipment for personnel to enter the clean room dust-free workshop, and its permeability is strong. Can be used with all clean rooms and clean workshops.
When the staff enter the workshop room, they must pass this purification equipment to spray the ultra-strong filtered clean air from all directions to the people and goods by the 360-degree rotating nozzle, so as to effectively and quickly remove the dust, hair and debris attached to the clothes and goods. Thus reduce the environmental pollution caused by people entering and leaving the clean room

Product Feature

1.The material is made of cold-rolled steel plate or SUS304 stainless steel plate cut, folded and welded by imported CNC machine tools and sprayed by multi-channel pickling phosphating to ensure the surface of the equipment is smooth and beautiful.

2.The air shower door is SUS304 stainless steel glass door.
3.One-way channel air shower, enter from the unclean area, photoelectric induction after closing the door automatically blow air.
4.Electronic interlock, LCD display, infrared sensor automatic blower, with imported door closers.
5.The air shower room and the bottom plate are all SUS 304 stainless steel plates.
6.Equipped with stainless steel multi-angle adjustable nozzle, large air volume low noise centrifugal fan.
