High-Efficiency Laminar Flow Biosafety Cabinet System
Under the action of the fan, the air is filtered by the high-efficiency filter and then enters the operation area, forming a clean downward airflow. The left, right and rear chambers of the operation area are all negative pressure air ducts, which form an air curtain and cabinet double-layer isolation between the working area and the external environment to protect the experimental items from contamination. At the same time, a negative pressure inflow airflow is formed at the front window operation opening, and the harmful aerosols in the operation area are prevented from escaping through the air curtain isolation, ensuring the safety of the operators.

The product is controlled by a 7-inch color touch screen with a high resolution of 1024*600, making operation intelligent and convenient.
2. The EC DC fan is designed with high efficiency and low noise, providing operators with a quiet and comfortable operating environment.
3. Both the supply air and exhaust air filters adopt U15 grade ULPA ultra-high-efficiency filters, with a filtration efficiency of ≥99.9995%@0.12µm.
4. The electrically controlled front window glass door can be simultaneously controlled by foot pedal, button or remote control, which is convenient and effortless to operate. It also has a manual operation function. In case of unexpected power failure or other situations, the front window can be closed in time to prevent aerosol spread.
5. Remote control: All operations of the safety cabinet can be achieved through remote control, which is more convenient and faster to use, and greatly reduces the direct contact between the user and the safety cabinet, ensuring the safety of the operators.
6. The workbench surface is designed in a basin shape. Even if waste liquid overflows during the experiment, it will not flow into the liquid collection tank, making it easy to clean.
7. It has a reservation and timing function, which can automatically set the scheduled startup and shutdown time of the safety cabinet and the disinfection time of the ultraviolet lamp. It will automatically run for disinfection before and after use, improving work efficiency.
8. It is equipped with a standard through-type hand rest to provide support for the operator's arm and reduce their work fatigue.
9. Both the left and right sides of the working area are equipped with 5-hole safety splash-proof sockets to facilitate the power supply of experimental instruments. Water and gas valve interfaces are reserved on both the left and right sides of the working area.
10. Intelligent constant wind speed: The control system automatically adjusts the output of the fan based on the measured wind speed feedback to stably maintain the wind speed at the nominal value, ensuring a safe wind speed and also increasing the service life of the filter.
The total height of the equipment shall not exceed 2.05 meters, which is lower than the standard height of the elevator and the room door (2.1 meters), facilitating the positioning of the equipment.
12. The working areas are all made of standard 304 stainless steel, which is of high strength and corrosion resistance. The left, right and back three sides are formed in an integrated arc shape, which is easy to clean and has no dead corners.
13. A comprehensive alarm and interlock system, with sound and light alarms for abnormal conditions such as abnormal front window height, abnormal descent wind speed, and abnormal inflow wind speed. The fan, ultraviolet lamp, fluorescent lamp and front window are all interlocked to prevent misoperation.
14. Biological safety: (1). Personnel safety: The colony count of the impact sampler is ≤10CFU/ time, and that of the slit sampler is ≤5CFU/ time. (2) Product safety: Colony count ≤5CFU/ time (3). Cross-contamination safety: Colony count ≤2CFU/ time
