Advanced VHP Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilizer for Efficient Biodecontamination
Principle: Liquid hydrogen peroxide solution (usually at a concentration of 30% to 35%) is transformed into gaseous or dry mist hydrogen peroxide through heating vaporization or dry atomization technology.
The active substance: The gaseous hydrogen peroxide molecules themselves and the hydroxyl radicals produced during their decomposition have extremely strong oxidizing properties.
Mechanism of action: It destroys the cell walls, cell membranes, proteins (including enzymes) and nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) of microorganisms (bacteria, spores, viruses, fungi) through strong oxidation, leading to their death. It has an excellent effect on the spores that are the most difficult to kill.
Sterilization parameters:
Concentration: Usually, a 30% to 59% hydrogen peroxide solution is used, and after vaporization, the concentration inside the chamber reaches 1 to 10 mg/L.
Time: The cycle time is approximately 28 to 75 minutes (depending on the equipment model and load).
Temperature: Low-temperature operation (40~50ºC), suitable for heat-sensitive instruments (such as endoscopes, electronic devices)
