Product Description

Air shower is a specialised enclosed antechamber.They utilize high-pressure, HEPA, or ULPA altered air to remove dust,
brous-airborne lint and other contaminants from personnel or surfaces of goods efficiently.meanwhile, its Air Lock function may effectiycontrol personnel passing in and out, as well as act as various levels of buffer room for clean room to prevent cross pollution.

Control method:
Adopting a microprocessor controller to achieve greater operational autonomy. PLC+touch screen control mode can be selected to achieve better scalability.
Filter composition
The primary filter is located at the bottom return air outlet, pre filters the return air flow, protects the fan and high-efficiency filter, and has a filtration efficiency of G4 (EN779). The high-efficiency filter is located behind the nozzles on both sides of the air shower, with a filtration efficiency of H13 (EN1822). You can choose activated carbon or chemical filters. We can provide a bag in bag out filter replacement method.
