Medium-efficiency bag filters are mainly used to filter dust particles larger than 1-5μm in the air. They are suitable for medium-level air filtration in central air conditioning systems and clean air conditioning systems. They are mainly used to protect high-efficiency filters, extend their service life, and reduce the cost of high-efficiency filter replacement.
Note on the non-washable medium-efficiency bag filter: The non-woven fabric of the medium-efficiency filter contains melt-blown electrostatic adsorption filter material, which is the same as that of the C*O*V*I*D-19 mask and cannot be washed with water. If the electrostatic adsorption of dust particles by water-washed meltblown fabric upon contact with water disappears, causing a sharp decline in the filtration function of the filter, then the dust particles originally intercepted by the medium-efficiency filter will enter the high-efficiency filter, seriously affecting the service life of the high-efficiency filter, increasing the replacement frequency of the high-efficiency filter, and even affecting the overall cleanliness of the clean workshop.
